上周,为期两天的GREE COOLMAN空调技术人员集训项目在倬亿国际集团尼日利亚拉各斯总部成功落下帷幕。

Last week, the GREE COOLMAN Initiative completed a two-day training program for air conditioning technicians at the Lagos headquarters of the Choice International Group (CIG).

倬亿国际集团“GREE COOLMAN倡议”发起于新冠肺炎疫情爆发之初的2020年。其目的是通过在尼日利亚全国范围内集中培训空调技能相关从业人员的方式,以增强空调行业从业人员的专业能力、提高空调行业相关的技术标准,提升技术从业者的生活水平为基本主旨,积极践行中国企业海外社会责任和人道主义关怀而推出的战略性人力资源项目。该项目为参与者提供了全套的安装、维修和其他售后服务技能培训。今后计划每两个月为一期,扩大培训规模,每年为尼国输送1万人规模的空调专业技术人员。

The GREE COOLMAN Initiative commenced in the year 2020 amidst the global economic lockdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It is a strategical human resource program that aims at achieving productive objectives regarding the humanitarian and social responsibility of overseas Chinese private sectors through training of interested skilled and unskilled technicians all over the country (Nigeria), to enhance professional skills, to promote technical standards of the air conditioning industry, and to improve the living standards of technical practitioners within the industry. This program provides participants with full training in-class installation, maintenance, and after-sales service skills. Afterwards, the GREE COOLMAN Initiative will offer a training workshop every two months and cultivates 10,000 air-conditioner technicians annually.

此外,在本次公开集训活动上,一些新科技、新功能、新外观、新设计(如:G-tech变频空调机组、WiFi连接、现代智能家居操作系统等),也首次向大众展出。内外兼并的独特内涵,向尼国消费者展示出属于我们工业美学。

Some of the new technology, new function and new design on show include the G-tech inverter air conditioning unit, interoperability with modern smart home systems through Wi-Fi accessibility, which combines superior performance as well as aesthetically pleasing in its look and feels.

研究与实践表明,职业技术教育与培训在发展劳动力资源市场和促进国家发展方面有显著的积极作用。在西非的尼日利亚,过去几年因基础设施缺乏、学校课程变化跟不上劳动力市场发展的需要、同雇佣者之间缺乏沟通等诸多复杂因素叠加的影响下,尼国现阶段的职业技术教育与培训,无论在技能知识开发、能力培养和态度方面呈现严重的下坡趋势,在非洲乃至全球竞争中没用充分利用好自身庞大的人口基数(约2亿)和劳动力充沛的(约6224.3万)资源禀赋条件。

Vocational and technical education and training can indeed play a significant positive role in developing the labour market and promoting national development. In Nigeria, current vocational education has shown a serious downward trend in terms of the inconsistency between the school curriculum and the needs of labour market development, lack of communication with employers and poor infrastructure conditions etc. Nigeria has failed to take full advantage of its human resource endowment regarding its giant population base (about 200 million) and abundant labour resources (about 62.243 million) in African and global competition.

同时,尼日利亚是非洲第一人口大国,第一大经济体,更是中国在非洲第一大工程承包市场、第一大出口市场、第二大贸易伙伴和主要投资目的国。近年来,在中尼两国积极共建“一带一路”、“中非合作论坛”的时代背景下,中尼关系进入高速发展的时代快车道。如“丝路学院”、“大禹学院”、“鲁班工坊”等形式的办学项目不断落地,“国家助力,机构先行”增添了中非技能人才培养的新动力、新成果、新亮点。

Meanwhile, Nigeria is Africa’s most populous country and largest economy, China’s largest project contracting market, export market, trading partner and major investment destination in Africa. In the context of the Belt Road Initiative (BRI) and the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC), many vocational school-running projects continue to be implemented such as the ‘Silk Road School’, ‘Dayu School’ and ‘Luban Workshop’. The ‘State-directed’ projects are the mainstream which added new impetus and new highlights to the training of skilled personnel in the China-Africa Cooperation.
