On 30 June, 2008, a meeting was held at UNDP Representative office in China with UNDP Resident Representative in China, Khalid Malik; Cameroon Ambassador of China, Etienne;  and Vice Secretary General and Director of Secretariat, Zhangli.

With emphasis on the UNDP "CABC" project, the meeting was about whether a CABC office could be established in Cameroon. Concrete ideas have been discussed in the meeting. After all, a few consensuses have been reached and all participants have compromised to gradually implement the proposed plan.
