重卡销售工程师（2人）

职位描述：

1、负责陕汽重卡及零配件、轮胎在非洲刚果（金）、刚果（布）、赞比亚的市场开拓，并协助处理售后服务问题；

2、负责收集、整理市场信息，了解竞争对手动态，定期拜访客户，与客户建立和保持良好关系，维护公司形象；

3、根据市场需求，制定和执行所负责市场区域的销售计划；

4、建立、维护和扩大销售渠道，完成公司下达的销售任务。

职位要求：

1、汽车工程、市场营销、国际贸易等相关专业大专以上学历，年龄30岁以下；

2、熟悉整车、零配件等产品与技术，或者具有较强的学习能力，能短期内掌握产品特点和技术；

3、性格开朗，思维缜密，具有良好的职业素质和团队合作精神，责任心强，工作踏实认真；

4、法语或英语听说读写精通；

5、有驾照；

工作地点：

1、刚果（金）、刚果（布）

2、赞比亚

3、根据语言能力和公司需要分配工作地点

薪酬：

1、境外补助1500美元/月+销售提成

2、在境外工作每满一年，公司安排带薪休假35天。

Heavy duty trucks sales engineer (2 person)

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for market development of SHACMAN heavy duty trucks, spare & accessory parts and tires in Congo, D.R.Congo and Zambia; assist in handling after-sales service problems;

2. Responsible for collecting and organizing market information, keeping up to status of the competitor, conduct regular visit to clients, establish and maintain good relationships with the clients and safeguard the company reputation;

3. Formulate and implement marketing plan of the responsible market area based on market demand;

4. Establish, maintain and expand market channel; finish sales tasks distributed by the company.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above in automotive engineering, marketing, international trade, etc., 30 years old or less;

2. Know well about the products and technology of finished automobiles, spare and accessory parts, etc., or is a fast learner and can acquire the product features and technologies in a short-time.

3. Opening personality, careful thought, excellent occupational quality, team-worker, responsibility, man of action.

4. Excellent French or English listening, speaking, reading and writing;

5. Driving license.

Work location:

1. Congo, D.R.Congo;

2. Zambia

3. Decide the work location based on your language competence and company demand.

Treatment:

1. overseas subsidy 1500 USD/month + sales commissions;

2. 35 days paid leave after each 1 year’s work overseas
